Sephora Loves List Not Working: Fixing and Rebuilding It
A Loves list that will not load, has gone empty or refuses to share is usually a discontinued shade, a second account or a cached app. Fix it in order, then keep a beauty list that does not depend on Sephora.

If your Sephora Loves List is not working, first check the same account on the website. An empty app screen, one unavailable lipstick, and a broken sharing link need different fixes. Start by finding out which problem you have before removing products or rebuilding anything.
Sephora Loves List not working: locate the right list
Loves now sits as one list inside My Lists, alongside any personalized lists you have made yourself. A product saved into a different list will not necessarily be where you remember looking for it.
These instructions describe Sephora.com; other regional storefronts can have different layouts. Open the account menu and check My Lists before relying on an old bookmark. Look through your existing lists once. If you see your items, copy the important product links before troubleshooting the app.
Compare the signed-in email on both devices. A familiar display name is not enough, especially if you use more than one email for shopping. Check the storefront country and displayed currency too. A regional mismatch can change the catalog you see; switching regions is a diagnostic check, not a promise that lists transfer between countries.
Clear the app cache carefully
On Android, the usual route is Settings → Apps → Sephora → Storage & cache → Clear cache; some phones call that section Storage. Google's Android storage guidance distinguishes temporary cache from Clear storage, which deletes app data. Start with cache only.
On iPhone, close the app, update it, and restart the phone. There is no universal Clear cache button for every iPhone app. Consider reinstalling only after checking the browser copy and confirming you can sign back in. Reinstallation cannot recreate a list missing from Sephora's servers.
When Sephora Loves is missing one product
Search Sephora for the brand and exact product name, then select the shade and size. A foundation can remain available while your shade is sold out. A familiar product photograph can also lead to a different volume, finish, or reformulated version.
An unavailable shade does not prove that Sephora deleted your whole list. Likewise, a missing listing does not prove discontinuation. Check the brand's own catalog or ask Sephora support about the exact item. Record whether you found a replacement page, an out-of-stock variant, or no current listing.
If the whole list remains empty across browsers and the app, contact Sephora customer service through its site. Provide the account email privately, storefront, device, app version, approximate last successful access, and screenshots. Ask whether support can investigate the saved list; do not assume restoration is available.
Sephora Loves List sharing not working
Open the intended list and use its Share icon to generate a fresh link. Copying the address of your signed-in account page can send someone to their own account instead of your products.
Open the generated link in a signed-out browser window, then have the recipient try it. If it redirects, returns an error, or shows the wrong products, record that exact behavior. Compare storefronts and try a new link before changing unrelated account settings.
Treat privacy as a check, not a guessed fix: review any sharing controls actually shown for that list. Sephora's published instructions describe a Share icon but do not document a universal public/private toggle. Do not change Beauty Insider Community privacy settings expecting them to repair shopping-list access.
For a gift deadline, send individual product links with shades and sizes in plain text. That gives the recipient a usable shopping list while the sharing problem is unresolved.
You can save those product pages through the dEssence Chrome extension, Telegram bot, or web app. Keep the detailed beauty record alongside your saved links. Saving and watching are separate actions: after saving a product, set up price or stock watching if you want checks. Confirm the watch corresponds to the shade and size you need; a different variant's availability is not useful.
