ASOS Saved Items Disappeared or Will Not Load
An empty Saved Items list usually means an account mismatch, a sold-out size or a cleared browser, not a bug. How to tell which one, in order.

If your ASOS Saved Items disappeared, first compare the app with the website while signed into the same account. An empty screen can mean an account mismatch, a loading failure, expired saves, or an oversized list. Treat those as different problems: repeatedly clearing data will not fix all of them and can make guest saves harder to recover.
ASOS Saved Items disappeared: check the account first
Next, open the ASOS website in the browser you normally use and select the heart icon. If the list appears there, copy the links or record the important products before changing anything else. A working list on one device gives you a reference against which to check another.
Guest saves are not a dependable cross-device record. Switching browsers, using private browsing, or removing site data can separate you from the browser state used when saving. Do not expect a guest list on a laptop to appear automatically in a newly installed phone app.
Sign into the same account on both devices, then compare one distinctive saved product. Check the browsing country as well: ASOS notes that availability can differ by country. An account mismatch and a regional catalogue difference can look similar until you test a specific item.
ASOS's Can I save an item for later? help page also says signed-in saves remain for six months; saves made while logged out remain for sixty days. Old entries can therefore disappear without a loading fault. If the website works, remove a few unwanted products there and reopen the app. These are ASOS's published rules, not a guarantee of permanent storage.
Sold out does not automatically mean removed from Saved Items. ASOS says the list can display sold-out products, so a missing size alone is not proof that the save should vanish. A product withdrawn from the catalogue is a different problem from an item that remains listed but currently has no stock.
Also distinguish a Board from the full Saved Items list. ASOS Boards are an app feature; the website can show the saved products without reproducing those Boards. Seeing a different organization on the website is therefore not, by itself, evidence that the products were deleted.
When ASOS Saved Items will not load
ASOS's app help recommends those basic steps, keeping the operating system current, and reinstalling if the problem persists.
Before reinstalling, confirm your login details and check the website. If the list appears there, you have stronger evidence that the problem is with the app session. Sign out and back in only after preserving any guest saves you still need. Reinstallation is not a recovery method for expired entries.
On Android, you can try clearing only the cache through the phone's Settings → Apps → ASOS, then its storage controls. Manufacturers vary the labels. Do not confuse Clear cache with Clear storage or Clear data, which resets more local information. iPhone does not offer a universal equivalent cache button for every app.
If both the app and website fail, try another connection and check whether ordinary product pages load. Look for a service notice on ASOS's own site or customer-care pages. A failure confined to your home connection points somewhere different from the same failure across devices and connections.
When asking customer care for help, include the time, device, app version, browsing country, and whether the website list works. Say whether the screen is empty or stuck loading. This gives support something reproducible and avoids another round of generic instructions to refresh the page.
What troubleshooting cannot restore
A cache refresh cannot recreate an expired save or bring a withdrawn listing back into sale. Support may investigate account or display faults, but cannot promise to reconstruct your historical wishlist or make an unavailable product purchasable. Keep the distinction between identifying an item and buying it again.
For products you care about, keep the original URL, brand, product name or code, color, selected size, and a dated price with its currency. Include a screenshot that shows the item clearly. A listing image alone may not distinguish two similar versions, while a remembered price may belong to a different size or promotion.
You can save the product to dEssence and include the screenshot, size, and price as your reference. Then, as a separate action, set up price or stock watching on the saved item. Saving alone does not turn on watching, and a watch cannot restore a product the retailer has removed.
Once the list loads again, test one new save on both your usual devices while signed in. Keep the items you are actively comparing and record the identifiers for the few you would be disappointed to lose. That makes the retailer's list useful for shopping without treating it as your only long-term record.
