Best Ways to Track Deals Across Amazon, AliExpress and SHEIN at Once
Three marketplaces mean three wishlists and no single view. Keep one shortlist that holds the exact variant you picked, compare the full delivered cost instead of the sticker price, and set alerts only for what you would really buy.

Why it is hard to track deals across multiple marketplaces
Amazon, AliExpress and SHEIN each keep shoppers inside their own account, wishlist and promotion system. That is convenient while browsing one marketplace, but awkward when you are deciding between products that solve the same need.
The numbers are not directly comparable either. One card may show a product price before shipping, another may depend on a coupon, and another may offer a lower-looking variant by default. Delivery speed, taxes, import charges, returns and seller reliability can materially change the decision.
The goal is therefore not to collect every discount. It is to maintain a small set of comparable candidates. A good multi-marketplace tracker should help you answer four questions:
- Is this the exact size, colour, quantity or model I chose?
- What will I pay to receive it?
- Can I return it on acceptable terms?
- Is the current offer good enough for my deadline?
If the list cannot answer those questions, it is a pile of links rather than a buying tool.
Start with a shortlist, not a universal wishlist
Create one entry for each exact candidate. Give it a plain-language name such as “black carry-on, 55 cm” rather than copying a long marketplace title. Keep the original link, but add the attributes that could change the purchase: size, colour, pack quantity, model, seller and delivery estimate.
Then group alternatives by the job they perform. Three phone cases from different marketplaces belong under one decision; they should not look like three unrelated saves. This exposes duplication and makes it easier to remove weaker options.
A simple note or spreadsheet can work if you update it consistently. A save layer such as dEssence is useful when candidates arrive during ordinary browsing: save through the Chrome extension, send a link through the Telegram bot or add it on the web. On a saved item, you can choose to set up price or stock watching. Watching is a separate user action; it does not begin automatically when the item is saved.

For each candidate, calculate the amount required to get the correct item to your door. Include shipping shown at checkout and any taxes or import charges presented to you. If a cost is uncertain, mark it as unknown instead of treating it as zero.
Coupons deserve their own field. Record whether the reduction is already applied, requires a code, has a minimum spend or depends on an account-specific condition. Do not compare a conditional coupon price with an unconditional price without noting the difference.
Also value the non-price terms. A slightly more expensive product may be the better deal if it arrives before your event, has straightforward returns or comes from a seller you are comfortable using. Conversely, an inexpensive item is not a saving if a wrong size cannot reasonably be returned.
Four steps to track deals across Amazon, AliExpress and SHEIN
Do the comparison once, then maintain only the fields that can change.
Treat sales calendars as windows, not promises
Major marketplaces tend to promote recurring sale periods throughout the year, alongside seasonal fashion changes, holiday shopping and end-of-season clearance. Use those periods as review windows: reopen your finalists, refresh the delivered total and decide whether the offer now meets your threshold.
Do not assume that every product will be discounted, that a visible countdown guarantees the best price or that a named event beats the price available beforehand. Marketplace promotions can vary by account, region, seller, category and inventory. A personal threshold is more dependable than waiting for a particular badge.
Stock deserves equal attention when size and colour matter. A small reduction is irrelevant if the only remaining variation is wrong. For time-sensitive purchases, set a decision date several days before your final delivery deadline so you have room to switch candidates.
A compact comparison record
For each item, keep: marketplace, exact variant, seller, item price, shipping, known checkout charges, delivered total, estimated arrival, return terms, coupon conditions, target price and decision date. Add one sentence explaining why it remains on the list.
That last sentence is surprisingly powerful. “Best material, but only if it arrives by Friday” tells you how to react when something changes. Without it, an alert sends you back into the entire research process.
